Mental Health Minute, sponsored by Heaven Hill Brands, is a 4-week mental health workshop for women in the California neighborhood ages 18 and older. The workshop series will occur on Saturdays from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the California Community Center. Sessions will include various topics such as interpersonal relationships and holistic healing.
