Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery, located in Louisville’s California neighborhood, will be shut down from June 20th until July 4th. During this time, the distillery will not be in operation. However, work will be completed on the distillery during this time.
During the shutdown, a vacuum truck will be in use at the distillery until July 3rd. The truck will be working from approximately 8 am until 5 pm from Monday until Friday on a weekly basis until the truck goes out of use on July 3rd. All major activity at the Bernheim Distillery will be completed by July 4th.
As most of the work at the site will be interior, there will not be heavy construction present. Additionally, there is no planned work at the site during the weekends. Following July 4th, the Bernheim Distillery will return to its normal state of operation.
